Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Free Kickz cleats.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 21 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Cleats must show no sign of wear, dirt, or field use
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- Final sale items are not eligible for return
Sizing Exchanges
If you need a different size, we're happy to offer an exchange as long as the cleats are unused.
